This release connects WooCommerce and ShipStation in both directions so orders and tracking stay in step without manual work, and introduces a new AI Agents area where admins control exactly what an assistant is allowed to see.
WooCommerce and ShipStation, In Sync
- Paid WooCommerce orders are sent to ShipStation automatically, so they're ready to ship without re-entry.
- Once shipped, tracking is written straight back to the WooCommerce order as a native fulfillment — your customers see it where they expect.
- Cancelling or refunding an order in WooCommerce now cancels it in ShipStation too, so nothing ships by mistake.
- Turn each part of the sync on or off per store from the store's settings.
AI Agents
- A new AI Agents area lets admins create assistants that can read your data through a secure connection.
- Grant each agent only the access it needs — pick exactly which kinds of information it may read.
- Adjust an agent's access at any time, right from the list.
- Review each agent's recent activity so you always know what it's been doing.
